Delivery Policy

When you make a purchase online at www.spacelogic.com.au you will receive an email confirmation or receipt.

Once payment is confirmed, you should receive your delivery within three (3) business days. If delivery will take longer (sometimes in remote areas) we will personally notify you.

Free delivery has the following conditions:

  1. Free delivery does not apply to some remote postcodes, or for delivery to locations outside mainland Australia. For exact delivery cost & times, refer to the delivery tab on each product page or in the checkout.
  2. This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  3. Offer excludes Gift Cards.
  4. This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery.

We’re unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or a Locker.

We dispatch from our warehouses during business hours Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please inspect the delivery for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery reciept before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us on 1800 633 728.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a ‘Beware of the dog’ sign. In this instance, you’ll be required to pickup your delivery from the nearest depot.
